I have been a regular customer of Green Trends for a while now and have visited both their Kaloor and Edappally branches for various services. While both locations offer good services, I personally prefer the Edappally branch. The staff at Edappally are extremely professional, friendly, and always greet customers with a smile, which makes the experience even more satisfying. They are experts at what they do, and their calm and composed demeanor during services is commendable. On my recent visit to the Edappally branch, I noticed that they have renovated their premises. The new setup looks great and is very welcoming. Additionally, to beat the summer heat, they have set their AC to the perfect temperature, making the whole experience very comfortable. In contrast, the Kaloor branch could improve its customer service. The staff there tend to crowd around the front desk and sometimes behave as if they are doing us a favor by attending to us. Overall, my experience at the Edappally branch has always been excellent, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for quality and professional beauty service.
