The end result was exactly what I wanted—fresh and easy to maintain. The entire team was welcoming and the atmosphere was relaxing. My friend and I got menthol cooling head oil massage done from Green Trends, Edappaly. I understand that the staff is asked (and expected) to sell more services and expensive services to their clients but I wish they were less aggressive about it. The staff that was doing my massage felt it important to complaint about everything wrong with my hair - I honestly just wanted a comforting head massage but I had to listen to all my faults instead 😅
I have no major complaints about the service itself just that the staff seemed less invested because we told no to more expensive services - (we had pre booked for this specific service!).

The hair botox treatment left my hair feeling unbelievably smooth, healthy, and frizz-free, while the highlights were blended beautifully, giving my hair a natural yet vibrant look. The whole process was comfortable and relaxing, and Lisa made sure I felt at ease throughout.
Not only Lisa, the staff there is very highly appreciated and they value their customers. The front office desk was very helpful and friendly.
