I have been a customer at your salon and, in the past, had a very positive experience with the keratin botox treatment — the results were excellent.
However, during my most recent visit a few months ago, I was very disappointed. After the treatment, my hair color completely changed to a very light brown. To correct this, the team had to reapply color to bring my hair back to black, and I ended up spending over six hours at the salon.
This experience has raised concerns about the quality of the products being used. It is worrying that such products could potentially harm clients’ hair, skin, and overall health. I hope the management will seriously look into this matter, ensure proper quality control, and use only trusted, safe products in the future.
I am sharing this feedback with the hope that future experiences will maintain the high standards I had come to expect from your salon.
