Special thanks to Ponmani akka and Praba akka. They are very friendly and do their work with so much care. I am not saying this just for words, they are truly very good. They are not money-minded and only suggest what we really need, not extra things for the sake of money like some other salons. I went to this salon for a haircut and while the staff were polite and open to feedback, I did have a bit of a tough experience as someone with naturally curly hair. The first cut left my hair uneven and it just didn’t sit right — but to their credit, they were kind enough to fix it when I came back, and I appreciated that they took the time to try and make it better. That said, it was still very clear that they don’t have the proper training or experience to work with curly textures. About 60% of Indian women have wavy or curly hair, and it’s disappointing that most salons still push straightening, keratin, or botox instead of learning how to embrace and enhance natural curls. Curly hair isn’t something to be “managed” — it deserves understanding, not altering. I’m glad they were respectful and willing to correct the mistake, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for curly or wavy hair types. If you still want to try it, I’d say go in with caution..

This morning I visited the Green Trends parlour in Shenoy Nagar. The services were very good. I would like to report the bad behaviour of one beautician named Sumathi. After my Hair spa I went back to the changing room and found my clothes missing. On enquiring I was told that Sumathi has kept it in a cupboard. However my clothes were dumped in a lower chamber like a rag cloth. When I confronted her she arrogantly looked away and didn't even respond properly. There was no apology also. The front office also didn't take cognizance of my grievance.
