Their service used to be excellent and one of my favourites,but of late the quality has come down .The place is messy,most of the staff are undertrained and the receptionist especially is not very welcoming .The prices charged do not justify the quality of service received.They have 1-2 good staff but they do not to retain them or let them train others.Wish they could revert back to their superior service quality that was offered earlier
