I did treading, clean up and waxing from Tapaswani. She was great did all the services very conveniently. She was polite, had a great time getting services from her.

Last year in October I went to Bhubaneswar, India after 7 years from USA. This huge gap has changed a lot in me in the sense my face, and hair. When I landed because of the weather for the first time my hair started to frizz frenzy. I had no idea where to go and there was a moment I was thinking if any salon will accept walk-in. Luckily I brought up this topic and my mom was like that 1 girl who is our tenant works in Green Trends not in Soubhagya Nagar branch but some other branch. She recommended me and told me to give it a try. I was like okay. But I wanted to go nearby, which again luckily the salon is above SBI bank(a walkable distance). I walked in and asked them for facial and hair treatment. They told me how long it is going to take.I met this guy who told me about smoothening and straightening, which he requested to go for facial first as he was attending another customer. After facial I went to this guy whose name is Samir and he described the process and details of the products and how it works. It’s a one go process not like other where a person has to go many times to maintain it. Anyone who stayed or staying in abroad can relate to me that we got the best products, treatment and outcome is also best so it is obvious for me to have second thought regarding Bhubaneswar salons. The whole process and duration which took 4 or 5hrs. Samir guaranteed that my hair will stay smooth and straight for 6 months. I liked it but I was not taking the 6 month guaranteed thing. I told him I will wait before giving any reviews. Long story short 1st day to work my coworkers were wooed by my hair. After 3months also there was still a talk about my hair. After 7 months my hair is still smooth and straight. I did not do any hair treatment after coming from India. Again this year I went back to Bhubaneswar and this my hair was less frizzy but more dandruff because of so much sweat and humidity. I went back to Green Trends for the same treatment and the same guy Samir. He is the best. I am lucky about the price because last time it was Dussherra so they had discount and this time I took the membership.This time I took membership and pictures of my hair and told him that I am going to write review with pictures with a huge thank you. So thank Samir and Green Trends for taking care of my hair and face. I appreciate all the staffs for the hospitality.

Edit on my earlier review below: I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars as the salon has contacted me now and given me a voucher equalling the 30% discount to rectify the below issue. I raised a complaint with the head office and it has been resolved which shows that the problem I faced was the result of only one individual's misinformation but the company has made sure my complaint has been investigated and addressed. I appreciate the customer centricity and the processes in place to recover the customer relationship! Earlier Review: Misleading and fraudulent consumer practices.. every where inside salon and on website, it is advertised 30% discount on spending more than 5500 inr. I have spent approx 8000 inr (before gst) worth of services and yet was denied discount saying that offer has expired, yet on website it shows as an active offer.

Quality of services and have quite lots of options to choose from facial /treatments/spa . Suggest to get membership to avail good discounts, i got my facial o3+ treatment by tejaswini behera and such satisfying massage made by service outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place if living in bhubaneswar.
