Mixed Experience at GreenTrends – Here's Why Some long-overdue haircare was finally on my to-do list, and this weekend I decided not to wait any longer. I chose GreenTrends based on their good ratings and positive reviews. While there were definitely some high points, I walked away with mixed feelings overall. First, the good part — the staff was professional and courteous. Natasha, in particular, stood out. She was polite and honest, even gently advising me against a haircut I had in mind, saying it might not suit me — which I really appreciated. She also suggested a hair spa since there was an ongoing offer. Now for the downside: Despite spending a considerable amount, I didn't really feel any difference. The results didn’t match my expectations, especially considering the high prices. It left me feeling like the experience didn’t justify the cost. To sum it up, great staff and service attitude, but the value for money — especially in terms of treatment effectiveness — just wasn’t there for me.

Had gone to Green Trends in BTM Layout to get botox treatment for my hair and since it was my first time, I was a bit skeptical. But my hair stylist natasha was very helpful and patient in answering all my queries. She was very professional and made the entire process easier. I would definitely suggest her name for my friends and family. The Salon was also in a very hygiene condition. Would recommend others as well to visit this Salon as it offers better price when compared to other salons.
