Hi I came here with lots of doubts in my mind about my hair since it was damaged and fririzzy but now I had taken a smoothening treatment my hair looks adorable kudos the entire team Especially following up from the beginning and get my appointment and following up to the day was awesome work done by the manager and the process really took about 3hrs I was taken care utmost respect thanks to santhiya who patiently done the process of smoothening

Making an appointment here seems pointless. Despite booking in advance and arriving on time, I had to wait over 20 minutes for my haircut. It appears that if a barber is available, they tend to prioritize walk-in customers over those with scheduled appointments. This raises the question of why appointments are offered if the system isn’t adhered to. The receptionist is also rude when questioned about this.
In terms of the haircut itself, the professionals do a great job. They keep records, listen to your preferences, and customize the cut as requested. So, credit to the barbers for their skill.
The pricing is reasonable for the service provided. They also offer additional haircare products, and the barbers seem knowledgeable about them, recommending products based on individual needs.
However, there’s room for improvement in customer service, especially regarding the appointment process.
