I have taken services from here a few times, but the most recent experience was not as great.
While Anandhi did an extremely great job.
Their other service provider Jayashree did subpar work, she was not trained enough to even check with my sister about the length of hair before chopping it off. She tried to mis-sell services to make her opt for expensive options quoting them to be complimentary and then baking them into the bill. We had to put up a fight to get these services removed from the bill, which they did accept, but it ruined the experience for us.
The place is as good as its employees, I would urge everyone to check for cost of services here, a few employees will try to sneak in pricey services under your nose.
