I went for an hair cut today without prior appointment (walk-in), despitr that the front desk were very welcoming, polite and quickly arranged my haircut with senior stylist Sakthi. Sakthi is brilliant right from the start. He quickly understood my natural hair style, its texture and clearly explained the cut, the style and how he’s going to do various section based on the volume of my hair… I had less volume in some areas and he patiently explained the process. Sakthi is a true master of his art. He knows exactly how to cut and style based on my face dimension and he explains every process as he gets on with the job. He is very professional with his approach, and is very customer focused. You can see how much Sakthi is passionate about his craft, he’s highly skilled and extremely professional. I had a great haircut and I can say Sakthi is a class apart, someone who stands out. The staff at Luz Church Road are great and a special mention to Sakthi as he is an asset to greentrends.
